EVENT INFO:

The mobility class will enhance stability and promote greater recovery leading into the final days of marathon prep. We'll focus on key repositioning, mobility, and stability exercises that will result in the increased range of motion and control you need to optimize your marathon performance. During your visit to the Cryotherapy chamber, you will step into FLPT’s Cryo chamber where cryogenically cooled air will be pumped in, lowering the temperature to -184ºF. The drop in temperature will increase circulation and enrich the blood with oxygen and nutrients. In just minutes, you will step out of the chamber feeling invigorated. And don't worry, you'll start to warm back up as soon as you step out. Check out more on what to expect here.

*Note: cryotherapy is not recommended for those with recent heart conditions, cardiovascular issues and/or diabetes who are not taking medication, or for people who suffer from Renaud’s. View the complete list of Contraindications. Additionally, cryotherapy is not available for people under the age of 18.

About Finish Line PT

Finish Line Physical Therapy, located in Chelsea in NYC and in New Rochelle in Westchester, was established by Owner and CEO Michael Conlon when the clinic he was working at reduced patient treatment times from 30 minutes down to 20 minutes. Michael became a physical therapist with a goal of helping people and he knew there was no way he would be able to offer the quality care they needed to achieve their personal goals in just 20 minutes. The only way to maintain the philosophy of quality over quantity was to start his own practice where he could guarantee that patients would receive the personal attention they needed.
